Near to 6 month passed from the launch of Windows 10 and the massive campaign to upgrade from windows 7, 8 and 8.1; but with that upgrades come some bugs that freeze it when is at the 83% of the whole process and during the 33% of the configuring settings, and this is known like the 83-33 of the dead.
During this updates process that was a headache because you are not sure if you will lost all your work due to this error, but being objective the Windows 10’s recovery system always worked well preventing the problem were more catastrophic.
But now when Microsoft release the Windows 10 update to version 1511, this problem occur again; in order to perform the upgrade you need a vanilla windows 10 installation, and this is very impractical after 6 months working with it.
I hope that Microsoft will solve this issue on the next updates because really it is a trouble for the IT professionals who have the responsibility for a system continuous operation.
If you want to download the Windows 10 update version 1511 to be installed offline you can do it by the Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool and use it to do a clean install.
